This vest is worked flat, in pieces, from the bottom up and the hat pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles
TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm (6 US) needles.
